Personality :
Xu Ren is generally blunt and rarely, if ever, says more than needed. He is generally silent around complete strangers unless he sees that people he knows trust them. It is also worth knowing that he is generally irritable and thus smokes to keep his calm. If he stops smoking, it means he likes you or you're young enough to be really badly affected by the smoke. He tries to be apathetic towards most things.

History:
Born in Fire field to an unwilling mother, Xu Ren has lived quite the harsh life. He was abandoned at age 8 and struggled making his own living on the Fire Field streets. It was more than apparent that he had no sense of family or standard moral. After being caught for thieving, his unusual craftiness, resilience, and willingness to repent had led the samurai who caught him to try and teach him the way of the blade. However, after a failure in a bodyguard job when Xu was 20, he had given up life as a samurai and then headed to Steel Cave to take up what he had heard to be his mother's trade: Weapon making.
Since the day he had given up being a samurai, he has learned how to forge bladed weapons and even had a relatively established weapons forge. However, with the wrath of the Kami, this had been destroyed and left Xu Ren trapped in the Fire Field area while on his business visits. Now left without a place to go back to, Xu Ren has decided to take up the code of bushido once again, this time serving for Scorched Mountain Village.
