Energetic and bubbly, Yoko is a very eager and passionate young woman. Once set on a goal or mission, there is nothing to deter her from trying to achieve it. She very much enjoys socialization and wants to show the village that the higher ups are very much more accessible than most would think. However, she is quite the idealist and can come off as oblivious or even ignorant when met with spite and rejection. Yoko also takes great pride in what she does for the village, but on the flip side, this means that she does not take kindly to being condescended upon nor challenged. If met in a conflict, she will never be the one to back down.

History:
Hailing from a distant city, Yoko was born the younger child to a clan of nobles and raised accordingly: Studying, training, etiquette. It was honestly a life that the young dragon would quickly tire of and find stifling above anything else. Day in, day out, wake up, go read, go practice stances. It made Yoko question what the point of such teachings were. Though life was peaceful, there had been a point of fright for all families.

8 years ago from the present, the city Yoko lived in was struck by a frightening chain of kidnappings across all the classes. It would be during this time of terror that the then Shelgon would finally understand the purpose of what had come with her lifestyle and education:

To protect.

Within the year, things would die down with the supposed culprit fleeing the city, but not before the coming of an increase in law enforcement. Three years later, Yoko would soon join the ranks of the officials involved in handling crimes and quickly find a happy place among the workplace of the samurai. It would be here that Yoko quickly became good friends with a fellow noble: a woman whose will was as clear as her ambitions.

However, life working alongside the city's samurai forces would not last. Quickly, Yoko would find herself in many situations where she was dissenting against the actions that many of the others had taken: Embezzlement, bribes, abuse of power. This was far from what their purpose was, right? Eventually, the conflicts would elevate and resulted in infighting between the more selfish members of the patrols and Yoko and her friend. Within the past year, Yoko and her friend would be dismissed from the forces.

Discouraged from the direction that law enforcement was taking, Yoko would find herself lost without a single idea on what to do. She certainly did not want to return to strictly pushing pencils and the discussions of arranged marriages. As time went on, she would once again find her path crossed with that of her friend from the forces. The news her friend came to share was shocking, however. Leave the city? Leave the place that had provided them a fairly comfortable life until they started working? After further discussion, Yoko would be inspired. If they couldn't change things now, then perhaps they could later with new ideas and knowledge.

It would be here that the two friends would part ways and within a couple of months, Yoko would follow suit, headed off in a different direction. Having dug around among the gossipers, Yoko would come across word of a village that was looking for some new officials in the law enforcement forces to help with maintaining a hot spring town: Windfall Valley. It has been almost two years since Yoko last saw her friend and settled down in their places of learning and it is here that Yoko seeks to refine the skills needed to be the best and most just authority she can be.

In spite of the ditzy air she may give off, Yoko is quite sharp in the head and is good with tactics. That said, there are still many matters she is not as conscious about.

Her Kingdra heritage is why the upper rim of her ear fins have a horn like appearance
